  • unhappy how i was treated



    I went into McDonalds West Bromwich today at 12.10 I bought a fillet-o-fish meal with a donut, when I bit into the fillet I found a piece of soft plastic in it, I asked to speak to the manager, but could only get to speak to the assistant manager,(Mathew) he said would send it off for analysis he replaced meal but I said I wasn't very happy about what I had found , I then asked that I wanted to take a photo, and all of a sudden he said fillet if fish had been throwed away,this was all within 5 minutes of complaining after he told me it would be sent away for analysis, I asked to speak...
